The council is asking parents or carers of children and young people with SEND who have accessed its Short Break offer to fill in a short online questionnaire. Please pass this on to parents and carers, as by sharing their experiences, they’ll be helping us to make sure Short Breaks meets the needs of residents.

Short Breaks are an important part of how the council supports children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. They give parents and carers a break from caring, and they give young people a chance to take part in new activities and make friends.
