SEL Mind provides a range of high quality mental health support services for adult residents in the borough of Lewisham. This includes specialised support for people from Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic and Refugee communities, for new mums, and for anyone needing help with benefits.

The South East London Suicide Bereavement Service supports people who have lost someone to suicide in Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark.

Mindful Mums are wellbeing groups which help pregnant women and new mothers share experiences and look after themselves during pregnancy and the first year after birth.

These friendly groups are for expectant and new dads or men with parenting responsibility.

Primary Care Mental Health Service (PCMS)
PCMS supports people experiencing mental health issues and the primary and community care professionals caring for them.

Culturally Diverse Communities Project
