At Camp Gerald’s All-Stars, we offer a fun, active, and creative holiday experience for children aged 5–11.
Our camp combines fitness, mindfulness, and creativity through:

💪 Calisthenics & Team Games – building strength, coordination, and confidence
🎨 Arts & Crafts – encouraging creativity and emotional wellbeing
🧘‍♀️ Yoga & Mindfulness – promoting calm, focus, and self-awareness

All activities are designed to support physical health, social skills, and a love for movement – in a safe, supportive, and exciting environment!

What is Calisthenics?
Calisthenics means “beautiful strength” – it’s fun, bodyweight-based fitness like push-ups, jumps, squats, and handstands. It helps kids build real strength, balance, coordination, and confidence – and supports all
