Join us for our Autumn Family Get Together at our Sydenham site

We would be delighted if you could join us for our Autumn Family Event at our Sydenham hospice on Saturday 17 October 2026, from 2pm to 3.30pm. Please arrive for a prompt start at 2pm.

The event will be led by our Candle Children and Young People’s Bereavement Service and will bring children, young people and their parents/carers together for an afternoon of connection and fun.

There will be an activity based around the theme of Connections, linking to Children’s Grief Awareness Week in November.

There will be refreshments, and we will come together as a group at the end.
